There are several programs in this sphere. A budget program (state program) is realized in two directions. One of them is implemented by public funds and provides training and retraining of health workers within the country and abroad on the acute deficit professions.

The second direction of this program is aimed at attracting foreign specialists to conduct master-classes with the required professions in order to exchange experiences.

Also the program of the World Bank is being implemented in Kazakhstan, on the project of which a technology transfer and an institutional reform in the health sector are carried out and sending specialists abroad for a long time for an internship.

There are no other foreign exchange programs for foreign doctors, in particular, the exchange of experience of experts (doctors) between China and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
